Summer Exhibition 2016

I was lucky enough to attend the press view of the Royal Academy of Arts’ Summer Exhibition 2016. This year, the Summer Exhibition’s 248th incarnation, the show has been coordinated by Richard Wilson RA. This is a mammoth task, wrestling the world’s largest open-submission art show into a coherent exhibition that covers art in all mediums, and Richard Wilson has done a brilliant job.

Sunday – Thursday 10am – 6pm
Friday 10am – 10pm
Saturday 10am – 10pm
Tickets:
£13.50 (without donation £12). Concessions available.
Friends of the RA, and under 16s when with a fee-paying adult, go free.
